These stunning boxes feature Scotland’s national flower, the thistle. Each box contains approximately 16 mini shortbread biscuits. This flavour is a heavenly contrast between the sweetness of shortbread and the sharp taste of citrus. Taking even more care and time than with the larger biscuits, these “minis” are individually cut by hand using very small metal cutters, producing bite-sized biscuits that are compulsively delicious.
