Shipping – Frozen Food – Chocolate and Perishables in Hot Weather


Unless otherwise requested, all orders are normally sent via UPS Ground shipping. The only exception to this is if the address is a P.O Box. FedEx may be used at our discretion.

Shipping days are Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, this normally ensures that where ever in the country you are located, you will receive your order in the same week.

Any orders placed on other days will be shipped out on the following Monday. We do this to try and prevent products from sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend where there is normally no AC.

Frozen Food Our meat and pies can be shipped but require 2-Cameron Traditional Pork Pieday UPS Shipping to reach you in good condition. If you add any item to your basket from the Meat and Pies Category, the shipping for your order will automatically default to UPS 2-day shipping. If you are in the North East, we can normally use UPS Ground as that would be 1 to 2 days depending on location, this will be determined at checkout.  If you order goods or gifts from our main site – you will have to choose shipping for that order also.

Chocolate and Perishables in Hot Weather

During the summer months, we monitor temperatures both locally and nationwide and try to pack accordingly. Cold packs are available for purchase on our website at 25c each, and we will package your products with material that will best keep them cool during transit.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves us, we have no control over how it is handled by the shipper or the temperatures it will be exposed to, so although we try our best to ensure your chocolate reaches you in great condition, we cannot guarantee there will not be some melting in severe warm weather.

If your chocolate has suffered any melting in transit, put it straight in the fridge for a while, it may end up being a little misshapen, but should still taste great.
