These stunning boxes feature Scotland’s national flower, the thistle. Each box contains approximately 16 mini shortbread biscuits. Taking even more care and time than with the larger biscuits, these “minis” are individually cut by hand using very small metal cutters, producing bite-sized biscuits that are compulsively delicious. Our original recipe shortbread biscuits were winners of 2* Great Taste Awards in 2024 and 2023, and 1* Great Taste Awards in 2022, 2021, and 2020
