We are a small, family-run business based in Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. We, Stephen and Chris, set up the Kilted Fudge Company back in 2014. Stephen has always had an interest in baking and confectionery-making… so after 23 years in the civil service and a wee chat with Chris, Kilted Fudge was born! Initially starting with a small selection of fudge flavours, we toured local markets and craft fairs before getting into some larger events and festivals… and then it just grew arms and legs. We now have a small team working behind the scenes in Aviemore – in both our kitchen and in the shop in the middle of the village. We expanded our portfolio to include Scottish tablet, traditional macaroons, mighty mallows and chocolate bark. We love that our customers class our shop as a hidden gem – please come in and see us – we promise you won’t be disappointed.
