A dark creamy curd with the rich flavour of blackcurrants made with 28% blackcurrant juice with free range eggs, butter and sugar. This fruity curd is delicious stirred into whipped cream and used as a filling for sponge cakes; or added to a tempting dish of plain yoghurt for a quick and tasty dessert.
